Create email templates for your team
Creating a shared template in lemlist ensures consistency across your team’s campaigns and saves time by making reusable templates easily accessible to everyone.
How to create a shared template in lemlist

Go to the Templates section by clicking on the View all button on your dashboard.

In the Templates section, choose the type of template you want to create (campaign, email, schedules, etc.).
For this example, we’ll create an email template.

Click on Emails, then select Create new template.

Name your template and click Confirm.

Add a subject line and write your email content.

Once your template is ready, click Preview to see how it looks on both desktop and mobile.

Your template is now available to your entire team under the Templates section.
How to use the shared template in a campaign

Go to the email step in your campaign where you want to use the template.

Click on Template.

Find the template and click Use this template.

The template will be added to the email step.
