What are credits in lemlist?

Credits in lemlist let you use different features, like email enrichment and data verification. Each credit is linked to a specific action, so you can manage your usage based on your needs.

What can you do with credits?

You can use credits for various enrichment tasks to improve your lead data. Here’s what you can do and how many credits each action costs:

Email Finder & Verifier: Find and verify email addresses. Cost: 5 credits per lead.

LinkedIn Enrichment: Add more data to your existing leads. Cost: 2 credits per lead.

Verify Existing Emails: Check if email addresses are deliverable. Cost: 1 credit per lead.

Phone Number Finder: Find phone numbers linked to leads. Cost: 20 credits per lead.

For Email Finder & Verifier and Phone Number Finder, you only pay if the system successfully finds and verifies the information.

Best practices for enrichment

To get the best results, provide:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Domain
  • LinkedIn URL

You may find a mix of valid and invalid emails, so it’s important to review and verify the results.

Credit allocation and billing

Your team gets a set number of free credits each month, depending on your subscription plan:

  • Free plan: 125 free credits per week, per seat
  • Free Trial: 500 free credits (one-time)
  • Email Pro: 1000 free credits per month, per seat
  • Enterprise: 2500 free credits per month, per seat

If your team runs out of free credits, you can buy more at $0.01 per credit. Unused extra credits roll over to the next month. Only team admins can buy credits.

How to check and manage your credits

Next to the search tab, you can see how many credits your team has left.

Click on Plans and Billing for more details.

Click the pencil icon to open the Credits modal.

In the Credits modal, you can:
  • View your credit usage history
  • Check your remaining credits
  • Purchase more credits as needed
