Add a prospect’s logo to your images

Adding your prospect’s logo to your emails is a powerful way to make your campaign more personalized. It grabs attention, adds a familiar touch, and shows you’ve done your research. This can lead to higher engagement, more opens, and better response rates.

Here’s how to do it:

Open your campaign and go to the Sequence section.

Add an Email to your sequence.

Once the email editor opens, click Add personalization in the toolbar.

Select Custom Images from the options.

Choose an existing image template or click Create new custom image to start fresh.

Click Add element, then choose Logo.

The system will automatically pull the logo based on the lead’s email address. For example, if the email is miona@lemlist.com, lemlist’s logo will be inserted into the image.

You can now place the logo on any image to match your needs.

Important notes:

  • Logos can only be added in the email step, not LinkedIn.
  • You can add a logo to an existing image in your campaign.
  • Logos won’t appear for generic email addresses like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com.
