How to add a call step in your campaign

After adding the call step, continue setting up your campaign, add leads, and launch it.
Making the call
Once a Call task is created for your lead:

If you reach your prospect, you have these options:
- Mark as Interested: The deal is won, and the sequence stops for this prospect.
- Mark as Not Interested: The deal is lost, and the sequence stops for this prospect.
You can choose these options by clicking the emojis in the top right corner of the screen.
If you want the campaign to continue, just mark the task as Done. Once done, the lead will move to the next step in the campaign, and the Call task will be removed from your tasks.

Other task options
- Assign: If a colleague knows the prospect better, you can assign the call to them.
- Snooze: Delay the call task for a specific time.
- Unsubscribe: If the prospect asks to be removed, unsubscribe them to stop all future communication.
Pro Tips
- Positioning: Add a call step after the first or second email, when the lead is still warm.
- Preparation: Review past interactions before calling to tailor your conversation.
- Follow-up: After the call, follow up with an email or message to keep the momentum.
