1. Log in to your Gmail account.

2. Click on the Google apps icon and select Contacts from the drop-down menu.

3. Select the contacts that you want to export. To speed up the process, select a contact, click on the arrow, and select All

4. Once you selected all wanted contacts, go to More actions and click on Export

5. In the pop-up window, choose the contacts that you want to export and the export. The available options are:

  • Google CSV. This is the best format to back up your contacts or import them into a different Google account.
  • Outlook CSV. Select this format to upload your Gmail contact into your Outlook account.
  • vCard file. This format lets you import contacts into any application, including CRM apps.

6. After choosing which Gmail contacts to export and the file format, click Export

The exported file has a column dedicated to phone numbers that you can use to reach out to your leads. Depending on your contacts’ account settings, you could get information about their birthday, occupation, location, etc.
