lemlist detects intent by combining public and behavioral data - tracking website visits (via IP matching), LinkedIn engagement, and job postings from sources such as LinkedIn, ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.), and company career pages.
Go to the Signals tab in lemlist and click “Create watchlist.”
Pick a signal type (like “Company is hiring” or “Visited my website”), define your criteria, and you’re good to go.
